I deleted the password folder and master password by mistake. Problem is I can't create a new MAster Password now since no master password remains even when I leave master password blank when trying to change it, Any help is greatly appreciated

Since you already cleared your saved passwords anyways, try this: Copy and paste the following:

chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul

Put that into your location (url) bar, and press the Enter key. Press the Reset button in the content that appears. Your Master Password will now be reset (to not having a Master Password).

This procedure will cause the loss of all your saved passwords.

If that fails, your only option may be a new profile. See Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
