I have done everything I can find to get my Firefox bookmarks menu working correctly in Windows 11. Every time I shut down and come back they are not working and I have to do a restore.

I have done everything I can find to get my Firefox bookmarks menu working correctly in Windows 11. Every time I shut down and come back they are not working and I have to do a restore. The bookmarks are there but they are dead, inactive. I can do a restore and everything is happy, until I shut down and log back in.

I've done 2 clean new installs including deleting all the folders and files.

I've also done deleted remaining Program & Profile Folders (For a True Clean Install)

Running any CCleaner or System Mechanic or other "maintenance" software, or any antivirus or security solution in general that's allowed to touch the Firefox profile folders?
