Wish to download Firefox 45.9 Oesr.dmg for old iMac through my iPhone as that the only way for me. Can I still get a copy?

archive.mozilla.org has all the releases, in theory you might be able to download the dmg file even from the OSX's terminal on the machine directly:

 curl -L -O "https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/45.9.0esr/mac/en-US/Firefox%2045.9.0esr.dmg"

If it won't validate the trust chain, you can try adding a -k to the arguments to skip the checks.

What macOS version do you have as the most current version you can run on macOS 10.9, 10.10, 10.11 was Firefox 78.15.0esr as Fx 76.0 to 115.0 required macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 to run.

Are you running an even older macOS version like 10.8 or older? to use say Firefox 45.9.0esr
