I understand that you're unable to receive emails in Thunderbird. What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Is your device online, or are you having connectivity issues? Please check your Wi-Fi or network cables.
Could you please check your online webmail to see if the email has arrived there? It is possible that it is available online.
1.Are you getting any error messages using the app?
2.Repair Folders : Right-click your Inbox folder, choose Properties, and click the Repair Folder button to rebuild the index if messages are hidden or missing
