To display it, type about:cache in the address bar and then click the List Cache Entries link which will list all the items in the cache. It will list the URL of the item and its data size.

To delete the cache in one fell swoop, go to Tools -> Settings -> Privacy & Security ( about:preferences#privacy ) -> Browser Section. Clear browsing data will let you delete the cache and several other things so be careful what you pick here.

There is also a Clear data for specific sites selection that will list each domain with the number of cookies and storage it's using and you can delete specific domains from here.

about:cache and other about: urls are listed in about:about

Note the about urls have a colon : and not a period.
