Back on May 12, 2026 I received an email message saying that my credit card failed to pay for my apple icloud storage. I just saw this message and I want to set up another method of payment to apple for my icloud storage, but I don't know how to accomplish this. Please tell me what I should do.

Neither Mozilla nor the desktop Firefox web browser has anything to do with the Apple iCloud support.

What support is done here on support.mozilla.org is listed on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new

iCloud Support is done at https://discussions.apple.com/community/icloud which is easy to find in a search engine search.
