
Incoming emails into BT internet account lose formatting and attachements
For the last few days emails into my BT Internet account, accessed via Thunderbird, have lost all formatting and attachements and start as below.( I have only copied part of the email). They format OK on the BT email web version and it doesn't happen with emails into my gmail account.

What version of Thunderbird are you using ? Is the BT account POP or IMAP ?
Try this:
- Right click on Inbox folder and select 'Properties'
- click on 'Repair Folder'
- Click on 'OK'
