Don't have access to Old Firefox info - accidentally did refresh/reset on account?

more options

My old macbook broke (logic board problem) and I am unable to recover any information off of it currently. I bought a new macbook and didn't know my password for firefox so reset it without knowing it would remove all my saved information. I still have the saved bookmarks, etc on my phone, but no other device (including new macbook). Is it possible to retrieve my data?

For any people who have this predicament in the future: I was able to save my data using my phone. I had firefox on my phone with the account before it had been refreshed (with bookmarks, passwords, etc). On my phone Firefox prompted me to login with the new (updated) password. Instead of inputting new password I hit sign in with new account. I created a new Firefox account on my phone which now was able to sync all my data to this new account. I then logged in with the new account on my new computer and was able to sync everything from my phone (old account info). Hope this makes sense!
