Hi, when I work in Xero, the pdf documents will not open. Firefox is up to date and I have wiped all cookied and history. Is there anything else I need to do please?

What does that mean? Can you provide proof of the issue? Can we replicate the same steps? How about recording your desktop and showing the issue. What OS? What version of Firefox? What happens on this site, can you open pdfs? https://www.irs.gov/downloads/irs-pdf
