On Friday 26 June 2020 I attempted to download Thunderbird twice. Each time after I paid a requested donation of 3 pounds sterling, the screen went blank and no service was obtained. On checking my credit card, Aqua, Mastercard, I found the two payments had gone through. My credit card company advised me to contact you first to see if you will return my money.
