How do I set a filter so that all messages from addresses with a particular domain name are not set as JUNK? My efforts do not work.

I volunteer with a particular organisation and we use an on-line roster. The app has an email messaging facility in which the sender appears as [random number]@[organisation name]. Any messages I receive from this system are always set to JUNK. I have tried to set a filter to set the messages as NOT JUNK but without success.

You'll need to train the junk filter accordingly by marking the message as 'Not Junk'. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls

I have of course been marking the relevant messages as 'NOT JUNK', but, this does not work. (Perhaps because I do not receive enough relevant emails.) Therefore I have also set up a suitable mail filter myself: treat messages from addresses ending in '@[organisation name]' as NOT JUNK. However, this does not work either. My question was concerning setting up mail filters.
