I used to have an option called "Bookmark Bar" when bookmarking a page. Now I only have "Bookmark Toolbar". Did the newest update do away it?

There used to be an option when bookmarking a page called "Bookmark Bar". This was in addition to the current "Bookmark Toolbar" option. I now don't have that option, however I still see my old "Bookmark Bar" items. Is this option gone with the latest update. If so, how can I easily move all of my bookmarks from the old "bookmark bar" list to the new current option.
