HTC Vive stuck on loading logo on headset, but tracking are working on monitor

same as subject, Before like 1.5 month ago worked vr videos in firefox. it played videos. but now after even loading like paint at https://aframe.io/a-painter/. I see movements on my monitor and paint gun worrking as well. but on headset its loading app logo ( image attached). Uninstalled SteamVR all Vive apps Viveport. installing back didnt solved issue. Vive headset working fine, I can see SteamvrHome. play some games, Have noticed in VR box firefox.exe ( unresponsive ) are red color. headset and monitor connected tosame GPU 980ti.

I think using VR works better in GTX1060 or higher that is made for VR older gen Nvidia aren't made for VR usage.

GTX 970 is the minimum for 900 series so the 980ti is definitely capable as it meets or beats the 1070 in games.

Even though the GTX 1060 (likely 6GB and not 3GB version) is the recommended minimum it is very similar in performance to the 970 more or less.

I have msi 1060 6gb and in perfomance, 980ti wins in fps at games . i havent tested in VR 1060, even box says VR ready. But will check later today. BTW i found solution. I just uninstalled Firefox, had latest version installed i think was 62 or something in 60th. and installed version 55. And it works.
