Just installed T'Bird. Can't find a quick "delete" button up top

When I have a pane full of messages, I want to be able to highlight one message, then his a nice large "delete" button in a handy position across the top somewhere.

Chosen solution

Right click the toolbar and select Customize. Find the Delete button and drag it to the toolbar. The Delete key on your keyboard works too.
