I can't get to login screen for emails from laptop but can from i-pad. Why?

Initially it looked like a TalkTalk problem that I couldn't log in but I then got into emails on my i-pad mini. Have Firefox settings changed since 14 June?

I think normal and portable (cel) use different links. Please post the link you are using. No Personal Information Please.

A page comes up from TalkTalk saying Sorry this site is temporarily unavailable. But, when I go to my iPad mini I get the log in screen and can get into emails.
