can't watch video (html5 problem)

I'm trying to watch JJBA Stardust Crusaders on kissanime, and it has 2 modes to use to watch, html5, and flash; naturally, html5 is default, but when I click the big play button, the video doesn't load; granted, in flash mode, it works fine, but I wanted to use html5

another issue I believe relates to this is when some gamespot articles come up and include videos, either on google chrome or firefox, I can't watch then, not even try to download them to watch them; is this a firefox issue or not?

I will say that, for some strange reason, I can get the html5 player for kissanime videos starting up in microsoft edge, but the other browsers don't work with it
