My cellphone is running on Google. Google does not of course grant access to any information whatsoever as to how one could install access to one's own alternative mail and browser accounts via one of its competitors, Firefox, including also Thunderbird.

So I'm using my PC to attempt to download from here, and to gain information as to how to do so. Have been attempting to get this info ever since the newest cell upgrade on my Sony Xperia via O2 GmbH Germany out of Spain (Telefonica), in March of 2013.

Would certainly like to be able to access my only real email sources on my mobile. Any hints? Thanks, Hilary v. Waldenfels.

Hi

You can download Firefox for Android from the Google Play Store on your mobile device. Open the Play Store app and search for "Firefox Browser by Mozilla".

Thunderbird is not available for Android, but your mobile phone will have an email app that you can connect to your mail account. Your email service provider should be able to help you do this or will have something in their support pages.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
