Firefox stopped displaying images
This is very frustrating. I've spent considerable time away from Firefox but decided to give it another try. In two weeks, this is the second problem I have. If there ever is a third problem, I'll go back to Chrome, Safari, and IE.
It all started last night, when I decided to clear the cache and history. Since then, Firefox has not been displaying any images on all the web sites I've tried.
Chosen solution
Firefox on my Mac was still not displaying the images.
I use CoolPreviews a lot. I hovered over one link and the images started to display. It's working fine now. I believe that's the same thing I did with my Windows 7 PC earlier today.

You get get a Reset button on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page if you are using the profile that is marked as Default=1 in the profiles.ini file and that is selected when you start the Profile Manager.
If you use a desktop shortcut to specify starting with a specific profile then you may not get the Reset button.
A basic troubleshooting step is always to try Safe Mode and clearing cache and cookies from sites.
You can keep that in mind if you encounter issues.
