OS W2k Pro, FF 11.0. Multiple web site crashes, with no reports issued per FF. Tried Changing Profile; Starting in FF Safe Mode; Disabling PlugIns; without stopping crashes.

Please decipher.

Please download Firefox 12, it's the latest version that will run on your computer. Then see if you still crash

1388173986 (Fri, 27 Dec 2013 19:53:06 GMT) is the time/date stamp when the crash occurred and doesn't give any helpful info about the crash.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

Thanks for your input. about:crashes says:"no reports submitted". This was typical of all crashes. However, so far no crashes since updating from V11.0 to V12.0. Keeping fingers crossed.
