today I downloaded and tried to install Firefox but it asked for an activation code which I could get my sending a text message with the word "COD" to 35445 which I did. No code came back. Then it said I could continue if I dialled a 905 number. I did not do that. Is this a real requirement for Firefox? Thank you

This is a scam. Always download Firefox from the official Mozilla site, which is http://www.getfirefox.com/
