FireFox 13 & 14B all websites : "The connection has timed out"

Good morning,

Using Windows XP, FireFox 12 was great! With FireFox 13 & 14B all websites do not load with a message: “The connection has timed out”. With Microsft Internet Explorer all is OK.

I tried: removing FireFox restarting and reinstalling and the problem continues.

Please help.
