All tabs and key words at top of browser are non functioning
The top portion of the window where the buttons and key words that activate a function is not working. I could not register or select desktop help because that portion of the window wont respond. The rest of the window responds normally. I had to go to Internet explorer to register for Foxfire help.

If the inoperable button or link is near the top of the page....
Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem. They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. If you have either or both, uninstall or disable them/it, or see if an update is available that solves the problem.
