Comcast email will not let me open any emails or display all the emails. Why?

All of a sudden I can no longer use Firefox to open my Comcast emails. It displays a few and asks if I want to see the rest. But it won't display all of them nor will it allow the email to open when I double click on it. Could this be a problem in the latest version. I uninstalled Mozilla Firefox and reinstalled it but that did not help. So for the time being I'll have to use Internet Explorer which does work.

Switch to the Xfinity Connect Lite interface in Xfinity preferences while in IE, then it should work in Firefox.

Did not see anyplace under preferences to choose Xfinity Connect Lite as an option. Where is it?
