When using Mapquest, only a few of the directions print out but all are shown.

I used Mapquest to get directions from the Savannah airport to a B&B in Savannah. A map of Savannah appeared on the page along with the directions I need. However, when I printed the directions only the map and 4 of the set of steps of the directions appeared on my printout page.
