Is that related to a url, or all use with Firefox.

When I go on google chat, using Firefox as my browser, if people want to chat with me I don't get any ding when the message comes up. I don't know how this works but it was fixed once with a patch which no longer works. I get it in chrome and in IE, neither of which I like, but if I can't get a fix i will have to abandon Firefox. It's just to stupid and frustrating. All the sounds in settings work. If I raise or lower the sound in general, I get sound back. Just in google chat. Nothing.
