"temporary interruption" is not a text Firefox uses in any of its error messages that I'm aware of. It sounds more like this is an error coming from the website. Has this always happened, or is it a recent problem? Try to restart your computer and see if it works again.

hi and thank you for the reply. this helps considerably because when i contacted earthlink they implicated firefox. i will no go back to earthlink especially since earthlink 'upgraded' their website hosting and this problem has occurred since their upgrade. I always felt it was earthlink causing my problem. thanks again, charles
