I have tried to reset my password 3 times and it doesn't work and therefore i cannot get into my account please help

Maybe I am using the wrong username. I try to log in with the user name and password that I have recorded in Roboform. The site then says that I need to provide a valid password. I ask for a password reset email to the email address that I used when i set up my account at mozilla support. The email arrives. I use the link and then insert the same password that I have always used. It then says password is reset and asks me to login. I then try to login with the "new" password and my username and it says the password is invalid.

I had to use a new email address, because when I tried to setup a new account using my original email address, the site said that there is already user with that email address........(sigh**)
