firefox could not find xxx.mozilla.com when I click on contact us [SOLVED]

the problem started when facebook locked up. I can't connect to it now with firefox. I can connect to it with aol software. I can't connect to firefox help now. I am using 3.6.13. I have rebooted and have the same problem.

I did a scan with my virus software (avast). It found 1 infected file - killlt. I moved it to the chest and the problem was resolved.
