The address bar & toolbar have disappeared from the top of the screen.How do i get them back

While playing around with the newly installed Foxfire,somehow I made the address bar & tool bar from the top of the screen disappear & I would like to get them back to be able to use the computer

Chosen solution

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
