"Close all duplicate tabs" option missing from the tab list menu — bug or intentional?

I'd like to report an issue with a recent Firefox update.
Since one of the latest updates, the "Close all duplicate tabs" option has disappeared from the tab list menu (the menu opened via the small arrow on the right side of the tab bar). I've looked for it elsewhere in the UI and haven't been able to find it.
System info:
Firefox version: 154.0 (64-bit) Operating system: Windows 10 Professional, version 22H2 (OS build 19045.7663)
This feature is particularly important to me because I regularly keep a very large number of tabs open — often several hundred, sometimes over a thousand — and being able to close all duplicates at once was essential for managing and cleaning that up.
A couple of things make me think this may be an unintentional regression rather than a deliberate change: Mozilla's own support article on the Tab overview menu still lists "Close all duplicate tabs" as part of this exact menu, and I couldn't find any mention of its removal in the release notes for the two most recent versions (153.0.3 and 154.0). That said, I haven't found an existing bug report that matches this, so I wanted to check here first.
I'd really appreciate help with the following:
Why has this option disappeared from the tab list menu? Is this an intentional change, or a bug/regression? Has the feature simply moved somewhere else in the UI? If it's a bug, is there already a tracked report I should follow, or should I file one?

They could have renamed it to "Close Duplicate Tabs". This menu is indeed being redesigned right now.
Thanks for the pointer! Turns out it's not in the tab-list panel (the one from the small arrow) — I checked there and only tab-sorting is available. It's actually in the right-click context menu on a tab.
But it doesn't work the way it used to:
If I select all my tabs (including at least one duplicate pair) and right-click, "Close duplicate tabs" is greyed out entirely. If I select just one tab and right-click, the option is enabled — but it only closes the duplicate(s) of that specific tab, not every duplicate in the window.
So there's currently no way to close all duplicate tabs at once, which is what this feature used to do and what the help article still describes ("automatically identify tabs with the same URL... keep only the last active tab"). It only works one pair at a time, and only when a single tab is selected — which isn't practical when you have hundreds of tabs open with several different duplicates.
Is this the intended behavior now, or is this a bug? Is there already a tracked report for it?

For the record, I filed this as bug 2066428 on Bugzilla — already auto-triaged into the Tabbed Browser component. Thanks again for your help figuring this out!
Final update, in case anyone else finds this: it's not gone! It's still there in the "Current window" list of the small arrow/chevron popup on the tab bar, right at the top — but that popup doesn't always open scrolled to the top. With a lot of tabs open, it can open scrolled further down, so the option is easy to miss. Just scroll all the way up in that list and it'll be there.
I filed bug 2066428 to suggest the panel either pin that option or always open scrolled to the top, since it's most useful for exactly the people who have a lot of tabs (and are therefore most likely to miss it).
