saving passwords has quit working and all of my bookmarks are disabled.

For some reason the program has stopped saving my passwords, all of my bookmarks are still listed but they are disabled. No autofill. When I manually put in a username and password the program drop down asks me if I want to save it, I reply yes, but it doesn't happen.
