Firefox ran an update (to Ver. 151.0.2) and crashed, creating an "Old Firefox Data" folder on my desktop, how do I easily reinstall my previous setup?

Today, when opening Firefox, it ran an update (to Ver. 151.0.2) and crashed. It attempted to restart, but instead ended up creating an "Old Firefox Data" folder on my desktop. How can I easily reinstall my previous setup from this data?

I think the "Old Firefox Data" is just backup files.

You can try to solve your update problems first. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-failed-error-message-when-updating

After that you can copy your old data manually to your new installation - to the same directories.
