It may be rolled out as early as Firefox 152.0 release to cone out June 16.


That is if you are referring to the built-in VPN in Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn and not the separate subscription based Mozilla VPN app https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/
