Lost Option to list Unread Msgs Only
In my effort to solve a different issue, I have made things somewhat worse.... I do not see the option to display listing of unread/all messages. I do not see a Settings tab in the menu bar.
Please help. TNX.

I have also lost the Quick Filter Bar .... Help~!~
Press Alt to reveal the menu bar if it's not visible. Then click menu item <View | Toolbars> and check Quick Filter Bar. You will also get back the filter buttons, including the "Show only unread messages" button.
I do see a meu bar.
Under <View | Toolbars>, Quick Filter Bar is grayed-out.
Are you using any add-ons that might affect the Quick Filter behavior? For example, I use "Expression Search - NG" which can drastically change how the Quick Filter works. Try restarting Thunderbird in Troubleshooting Mode, which temporarily disables all add-ons. This could give some indication if an add-on is the problem.
