
Thunderbird keeps crashing (win7)
For the past 2-3 months my thunderbird has been virtually unusable. I can not pin down the issue but I reboot and restart the program and sometimes it works for seconds, other times it works for minutes or even hours. But I can not get through an entire day without it crashing. I need help with this issue. I am running Windows 7 Pro which is likely part of the problem. But this release states that it still supports it. Is there a solution to this problem?

What is your exact full version? Windows 7 supports up to version 128.

Thank you for the response. My Thunderbird is 115.18.0 (32 bit). I will post the next crash ID when it happens.

Did you read the link Wayne posted? If you did, why post something other that the crash id's?
I did but Thunderbird crashes before I can get to the help menu to find the Crash ID. The Crash Reporter is all that is available to me and that doesnt even work. When I "tell mozilla about this crash so they can fix it" it replies with "there was a problem submitting your report" and thunderbird restarts and crashes again. The only option I have was to post the "details" and hope that someone could help me.
