How do I access/retrieve my old Thunderbird email files?
After using Thunderbird for years, I switched to Gmail. I would still like to be able to access my old Thunderbird files but, after updating Thunderbird, it is defaulting to my current Gmail files. How do I recover the original Thunderbird email files?

They can be recovered but only if they are in one of your profile folders. Do you still have the thunderbird setup as it was before switching to Gmail (which I presume to mean the Gmail website)? If so, we may be able to assist you.
