Hi Apricotta, what happens when you try to print? Is there a popup message?

Is your Firefox able to generate a PDF, or is that broken too? To test, change the "Destination" on the print preview overlay to "Save to PDF".

When you try to use another printer, such as a physical printer on your network, does Firefox list it in the Destination drop-down list? What happens when you try to print to it?

We have only one printer, a Canon MF220 Series, it shows up in the drop down menu. The print job image loads properly and I click on Print. The printer queue first reads 'printing' then 'sent to printer', then 'error couldn't print' That's all. No error number or clue as to what the problem is.

Can you post a screenshot your printers and devices. Let me boot to win 11. Microsoft is hiding this old school window behind newer menus, but I'll post a screenshot.

In the settings, go to Bluetooth&Devices > Printers & scanners > Then your printer. You should then see the option for More devices and printer's settings. After clicking that, a windows should pop up showing your devices. see screenshot of my devices. How printers do you see in the windows? I'm guessing there's a copy of your printer that your printing to and it's not working.

There are two devices showing, the same 2 that show when I engage the Print via the icon or Ctrl P. the pdf's print to the same printer. I can print webpages in the Chrome browser as well as documents in Drive, Dropbox and One Drive. The problem is unique to webpages in the Firefox browser. Are there Settings in Firefox that should be checked?

Can you right click on the printer and open the print queue? Then do a test print and see the job pass through the queue and then print via Firefox to see if the job also goes through the queue.
