So I updated to Sequoia on my Mac and have run into a variety of problems, i.e. Instacart won't open at all, Amazon has slowed down significantly, can't access my health insurance site (stops at login) and now today Firefox has an update but nothing is actually happening. The wheel just spins and spins and now everything on my machine has slowed to a stop. So my question is how do I stop the update from happening right now?

I worked out how to stop the update but I'm left with the problem of being able to update Firefox as things stand with the Sequoia issue.
