Cannot log into AT&T with Firefox, but I can with edge. Do I need to change settings or is this a general firefox issue?

Hi Jlzibell, I have the same problem as you when trying to log in to other professional sites since installing Firefox 140. I am forced to work with Edge, which is not convenient for me. It seems Firefox doesn't want to fix this issue. Dometienne

@jlzibell Well, ok. I found this on MS's forum, which sound similar to your issue.

Hi all, I just spent 1 hour on the line with an AT&T rep and this is what resolved my issue. We disconnected from my normal wifi and connected to my hotspot on my phone. Once I did this, I was able to sign in and see my email. At that point I could then switch back to my normal wifi. The rep said this is something that they are working on and it is a known issue but switching wifi, at least for my case, helped me to get into my email. Hope this helps others. I told her there were many having this issue and she asked me to put this workaround out to you.

Can you give it a try and see it fix the issue on your end?

Kiki, I'm not trying to go to e-mail, but to the business sites for wireless and Uverse. Going to hotspot won't work for me as I am using a desktop computer RJ45 connected to a router.

Thank you for trying to help.
