Hi Bill, European laws, California law, and some other States/countries require users to have cookie choices, and sites can implement this in more or less annoying ways. Usually after you make your choice, it is (ironically?) saved in a cookie, so you shouldn't need to deal with it again unless that cookie gets cleared.

Some users install the following add-on to try to handle those cookie consent panels automatically. I haven't tried it myself:

Then in the extension settings related to filters, enable one or both of the lists under "Cookie Notices." Note that sometimes, the removal will leave the site in a broken state because you didn't interact with the notice in the expected manner. I don't know the best workaround for that.
