can't find ad blocker to turn off
I have no idea where the ad blocker is here on Firefox and cannot turn it off when I need to. It is crazy that it is so difficult to find AD BLOCKER - I find articles that say how to do it but they make no sense because I try to follow and it still does not work. I need to know how to turn off the ad blocker - especially when I want to use Rakuten - I cannot never use it because I cannot manage my ad blocker when I need to

Pages may accuse you of using an ad blockers for a variety of reasons. These include Firefox's Tracking Protection feature and a wide range of add-ons that you might have installed.
(1) Tracking Protection
Try turning off Tracking Protection on Rakuten this way: click the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock button). On the panel that drops down, click the blue slider switch to disable Tracking Protection on the site.
Any improvement?
(2) Check Extensions
Extensions such as Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin or uMatrix may trigger a site complaint. Usually you can find a toolbar button for each add-on to manage blocked content in a page and make an exception. This might be directly on the bar, or it might be on the Extensions Button drop-down list. More info on that list: Manage your extensions using the extensions button in the toolbar.
Any progress so far?
