Think I might have solved this one. I'm with talktalk and use Thunderbird I too got the message "You are blocked from sending emails" What has happened with talktalk is that it has now gone on to Webmail Unfortunately this is a fee paying organisation - £5 monthly Looking this up I was given dates when my sending emails would be stopped - which had already happened Then if I did not subscribe before a further date then my old talktalk email system would be cancelled entirely, thus removing all the saved contact information, etc So I have subscribed and am now able to send emails as before The problem could have been solved if talktalk had advised me of this change over in advance - instead of making me think it could be Thunderbird at fault - not the case.
