I am unable to request support from Malwarebytes using Firefox in my Windows 10 computer, and so I have to switch to the Chrome browser instead. When I log into my Malwarebytes account and go to their web page at https://my.malwarebytes.com/overview and then click on "Contact Support", nothing happens. This problem does not happen in the Google Chrome browser. I tried clearing the cookies and cache, and that did not help. I have attached a screenshot of the Malwarebytes web page. What can I do to correct this problem? I will appreciate any response you can provide.

I don't have an account, but a first thing to try is to disable Tracking Protection on that page. At the left end of the address bar, next to the lock, click the shield icon. Then on the top line of the drop-down, click the slider switch to disable protection on the site. (I think you can trust this site.)

jscher2000: Thank you for your response. I tried what you suggested, but that did not work. Do you (or anyone else) have any ideas what else could be done?
