To sign I need to include city & state. Firefox tells me it doesn't recognize city. Nearest city only has 1,600 people. How do I get past this?

Trying to sign up for Mozilla Monitor. It wants my City and State but doesn't recognize it when I type it in so I can't use the Monitor. My address is a "city" of only 1,600 people and apparently too small to be in their data bank. What do I do?

Also my email has now changed. Don't know how to change it but they didn't ask for it for monitor. Confused here. (Okay, I'm 78 and though I have a 90s Multimedia Degree things just change too fast for me to keep up.)

While this direct support ticket is more for subscribers of Mozilla Monitor premium, you could still try and get an answer at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/monitor/form
