I am not receiving my emails. It keeps telling me "The Account ....com is being processed. Please wait ..."

The emails I'm receiving are from past emails. I have not received anything from Dec.21 to now Dec.28th .

All that keeps popping up is a box that says "The Account ....com is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages."
