Cache won't clear

My beloved Firefox won't allow me to clear cache. It will clear cookies, but it still shows 94KB in the cache, even after it opens a small window and asks if I want to delete cookies and cache. What to do? Thanks for any help, Mozilla!

You can check on the about:cache page what file content this is about as this might be used internally.
