Problem with privacy settings

I reset my privacy settings to "standard", as they were causing too many problems. I quit Firefox. Some websites (like Google) are still telling me that cookies are disabled, when they are not and don't allow me to go to these websites. I attached 2 screen captures. Any reason for this and how to fix this problem?

Thanks.

Hi Sue, There are other steps beside changing ETP settings - Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-cookies-are-blocked-unblock-them

There may also be extensions blocking - Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

Thanks a lot for your prompt and very helpful reply. Following the first link solved the problem for Google. Things got very complicated and technical...
