I would like to get an offline installer for the latest build of Mozilla 89.0. The version i downloaded reaches back out to the site to run the setup.

So what you are seeking is an .exe file instead of an .msi for windows?

I believe this is the link i have used to download the latest .exe

When you proceed with the download you should see the file name with exe and also have opportunity to save it on your disk:
