about opening word files(*.doc)
When opening word files(*.doc) on the server with Firefox browser, it is very slow, but other browsers open word very quickly. Is this a bug in the design of the firebox browser?

Do you mean downloading the files? Or opening them in Word online (Office 365)? There shouldn't be a difference in downloading, but office.com may work differently in different browsers.
Use firefox to open the URL such as http://xxx.com/down/file/123.doc, whether it is to download, or directly call Microsoft office word to open, the speed is very slow.
