You've recently not allowed a bunch of important websites eg Medlineplus.org (Library of Congress - surely it is secure); Westpac.com.au (one of the biggest banks in Australia - surely it is secure) there are others .

Medlineplus.org shows the certificate expired earlier on July 4th in case you missed that.

A search engine search for Medlineplus.org shows https://medlineplus.gov/ works.
